Affinity Solutions had unique insight into customer spending behaviors. In updating the brand and transitioning the company to responsive design solutions, I kept the focus on the customer, their purchasing journey, the better experiences that Affinity provided and the data interactions that were leveraged.

Designed Affinity's marketing presence to speak about it's unique power position at the hub of the payments and marketing ecosystem. Showcasing Affinity's upperhand at being able to see key transactional points along the costumer journey.

At the heart of Affinity's ecosystem and analytic ability was the creation and marketing of loyalty based cash rewards and points programs. Affinity was able to process and provide real-time rewards on card-linked programs. Building consumer loyalty as well as better insight into the complete customer journey.

Lead a creative team of copywriters, designers and front-end developers in creating and user testing the various marketing programs that Affinity served, while migrating all existing programs to new responsive platforms. Focussing on providing the best experience for the consumer, elevating the aesthetic of the programs and marketing items while keeping within the brand guidelines of the Financial Institutes they served.

Marketing campaigns were designed and delivered through program site and email channels as well as external channels including cross platform, apps, affiliated sites, social media and print. Campaigns typically were staggered to drive offer promotions, increase site traffic, drive card registration and introduce new program benefits and features.

Increased efficiency gains by designing and developing responsive email templates that could be "smartly" populated with offers autonomously. Emails could be sent to targeted groups, as well as deliver targeted offers based on preferences that were chosen by the consumer and learned from their online and spending behaviors.

Worked closely with the Product Department to create new digital channels and products - driving growth and value creation between retailers, financial institutions, digital publishers and expanding the payment ecosystem.

Integrated new features, such as product search and paid offer placement into existing product platforms. Providing new services and developing new revenue and analytic streams.
