E-coh is the English pronunciation of "one bite" in Mandarin. Ecoh Ecoh Xue literally translates to "One Bite One Bite Study". This final logo design combined the Mandarin and English both with a similar character filling treatment. The play on boldness and simplicity matched well with the ethos of the kitchen - Simple food.
